Distance Sales Contract

 

1. Parties
This contract is concluded between Loren Gıda Emlak Otomotiv Ticaret ve Sanayi Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") on the one hand and [Customer Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") on the other hand.

2. Topic
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the products sold by the Seller to the Buyer, the characteristics and sales prices of which are specified below.

4. Delivery and Delivery Time

5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified in writing within this period. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal:

• The Buyer must return the products to the Seller.

• The Seller will refund the product price and, if any, delivery costs within 14 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

6. Warranty and Return Conditions
The seller guarantees that the products sold are flawless. The buyer must check the products received upon delivery and have a report prepared by the cargo officer in case of any damage or deficiency. Return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

7. Privacy

8. Dispute Resolution
In disputes arising from this contract, the laws of the Republic of Turkey will be applied and Bolu Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.

9. Entry into force
This contract shall enter into force on the date it is approved electronically by the Buyer.
